Hollywood's Dentist Dilemma

Or what if he tells me I need a gold tooth.  I don't want gold teeth.  I want my teeth.  Oh, I'm so scared.  I don't like the dentist.  I don't want to go to the dentist.  I don't even want to think about the dentist. 

"OK Hollywood.  Here we are," Bill told me. 

I don't want to get out of the car.
